摘要
本文创新性地提出港口"绿色度"的概念和计算方法,用以衡量港口对资源环境的友好程度,同时构建基于"层次分析法"(AHP)的绿色港口评价体系。然后以重庆港为例,计算出重庆港的"绿色度",最后提出发展绿色重庆港的措施。
As the most important hub port in the upper reaches of Yangtze River, it is significant to develop green port for Chongqing. This paper summarizes the definition of green port and tries to put forward a concept and calculation of Port＇ s Green Degree creatively, in order to measure port＇ s friendly extent to resource and environment, and at the same time, setting up an evaluation system of green port based on AHP. Than selecting Chongqing Port as an example to calculate its green degree .finally propose the measures of developing green Chongqing port.
