摘要
作者采用斑蝥皮泡法检测了8类常见肿瘤患者105例巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,对其中资料完整的4类肿瘤患者作治疗前后吞噬功能的比较;并与T淋巴细胞亚群及肿瘤标记物水平进行比较评价,结果显示:①经t检验分析表明,8类肿瘤患者巨噬细胞吞噬功能均明显低于正常对照(P<0.01);在食管癌组降低尤为明显,与其它肿瘤组比较差异均显著(P<0.01);②比较抗癌治疗前、后患者巨噬细胞吞噬功能,显示治疗后两项指标均显著升高(P<0.01);③经相关回归分析表明,肝癌患者巨噬细胞吞噬功能与AFP,SF水平的相关系数均在0.170以下(P>0.05);肠癌组与CEA,SF水平的相关系数均在0.238以下(P>0.05);而上两组的吞噬功能与OKT_4/OKT_8比值的相关系数均大于0.435(P<0.05)。提示巨噬细胞吞噬功能检测可作为评估患者免疫水平的指标之一。
The phagocytosis rate and index of macrophages in 105 cases of 8 kinds of malignant tumor patients were measured by the method of fly blister stimulated with cantharidin. It is shown that the phagocytosis rates and indexes in tumor patients were significantly lower than those in healthy subjects by t-test(N= 12, P<0.01).As compared with the oesophagus cancer group, the phagocytosis activity in other cancer groups was significantly lower bete treatment (P<0.01). Changes after treatment in 81 cases of 4 kinds of patientes were decermined The resoults show that the phagocytosis activity after treatment increased significantly (P<0.01). The correlation coefficients of the phagocytosis rates or indexes and level of AFP or CEA or SF in patients with liver cancer and colon cancer were less than 0.170 and 0.238, respectively (P>0.05). The correlation coefficients of phagocytosis rates or indexes and ratios of OKT4 /OKT8 in the same groups were more than 0.435 (P <0.05). Those data show that the determination of phagocytosis activity of macrophages can be applied to examine cellular immune function in patients with malignant tumors.
