摘要
本文以我国事业单位人事制度改革为契机,立足于西藏实际,提出完善西藏事业单位人员退出机制的具体对策。研究西藏事业单位人员退出机制,有利于激活西藏事业单位人员的生机与活力,有利于促进西藏事业单位内部人才结构的合理化、创新西藏事业单位人事管理制度,有助于解决就业压力,促进社会的和谐稳定和经济文化各项事业的健康持续发展。
The practice of staff withdrawal mechanism in Tibet public institutions can raise the efficiency of governmental organizations,improve the staff structures,innovate personnel management system and release the employment pressure,and thus is very significant to a healthy and sustainable development of social harmony and economic stability in Tibet.Based on an analysis of the practical situation in Tibet,this article suggests some specific measures about how to better implement the staff withdrawal mechanism in Tibet public institutions.
