摘要
针对数控机床远程监控的需求,设计了基于Web环境的数控机床远程监控系统,该系统通过无线传感器网络和现场总线对监测数据进行采集,采用ARM Cortex-M3芯片对数据进行处理,使用Socket和多线程技术完成基于工业以太网的数据上传和数据库的存取工作,利用Java、S2SH和Ajax技术实现基于Web的实时监控站点,最终实现了对数控机床的监测功能。该系统通过Web服务响应Web页面控制请求产生控制命令,调用多线程和Socket通信技术把控制命令送给CNC系统,完成了对数控机床的远程控制功能。
To meet the need of the distance monitoring on Computer Numerical Control Machine Tools (shorted for CNC machine), a distance monitoring system is designed based on WEB. The system collects monitoring data by wireless sensor net and field bus,processes data by using ARM Cortex-M3 chip, implements the data upload and database access through industrial Ethernet by utilizing Socket technology and multithreading technology. Employing the technology of Java^S2SH and Ajax, a real-time monito- ring web-site is provided for users based on WEB. And ultimately, the system implements the monitoring function on CNC machine. The system generates control commands by web service' s response to the web page, invokes multi-threading and Socket communication technology to send the control commands to CNC machine and then implements the distance monitoring function on CNC machine.
