文章分析了中国人民大学图书馆自助服务系统构建的动因和有利条件,介绍了自助服务项目的功能特点以及由此给图书馆带来的服务变革。
This paper makes an analysis of the motivation and advantages of Renmin University of China, introduces the characteristics and practical change it has brought about to the service work of the library.
