摘要
作者分析了西安市6所医院自1963年以来2465例中枢神经系统肿瘤的类型、发生部位、患者年龄和性别频发率。颅内肿瘤中,以神经上皮源性肿瘤最多(45.52％),椎管内以脊膜癌发病率最高(50.62％);患者年龄频发期在21—50岁,占60.53％,高峰期在31—40岁,占21.42％.本组男女总比例为1.36:1.肿瘤类型不同,分布部位有异,各叶脑实质内的神经上皮源性肿瘤最多见,占全部肿瘤的71.58％.
The authors made a statistical survey of the type, general incidence, age distribution and predilection sites of 2 465 tumours in the central nervous system from 6 hospitals in Xi 'an. The inddcncc of ncuroepithcliagerac tumor was the highest among the intracanial neoplasms, accounting for 45.52%. The inddcncc of meningiornas was the highest within the spinal cord tumours (50.62%). The clinical onset of nearly 61% of tumours was in the age of 21- 50 , the peak incidence happened around 31-40 years old (21.42%). The male/female ratio was 1.36/1. The predlection sites were different with various types of tumours. The ncurocpithelial tumous located in different lobes of the brain accounted for 72%.
