猫丘脑射频烧伤后的CT研究

摘要 作者采用脑立体定向技术,射频烧伤猫丘脑核,人工制成与Parkinson病术后类似的动物模型.于不同时间行CT扫描,结合相应的病理变化(光镜、电镜及免疫组化),将病灶分为2型:高密型(病理为脑出血),低密型(病理为脑坏死,变性,水肿);4期:液化坏死期,周围组织反应期(CT扫描见环状增强),修复期(结节状增强),疤痕期;3带:中心坏处带,边缘反应带,水肿带.从解剖结构上阐述CT增强机理,主要为新生血管增生及其结构功能不健全,早期有血脑屏障被破坏因素.最后讨论了脑组织对烧伤的敏感程度、修复特点. To observe Lhc post -operative changes of radiofrequeney - injured vcntrdlatcral nucleus of the thalamus in the sterotaxic treatment of Parkinson's disease, simillar model was produced in cats. The CT features and their correlative pathologic changes in different intervals were divided into two types hvpcrdcnsity (pathology-proved brain hemorrhage), hypodcnsity (pathology-proved brain necrosis, degeneration and edema), four stages: stage of liqucncerosis as 1-4 days, proliferation as 5-21 days (CT scan showed ring enhancement) healing as 28-90 days ( CT showed nodular enhancement), scarring as 3-6 months; three zones, central necrosis zone, reactive zone and cdematous zone. From the anatomic structure we pointed out that CT cnhanccmcnl was closely corclated with neovascular proliferation and their incomplete structural function and the integrity of blood brain barrier was destroyed, its included in the early stage. Finally the degree of liability to radiofrcqucncy and repair characteristics were discussed in the light of pathologic changes.
