摘要
生物成因煤层气包括原生生物成因煤层气和次生生物成因煤层气。其中,次生生物成因煤层气是生物成因煤层气研究的重点,在主要产煤国有广泛的分布。本文主要综述以下几个方面的内容:煤阶镜质组反射率、甲烷碳氢同位素组成是划分煤层气类型的主要指标。生物成因煤层气的生成机理是重点研究内容,很多学者开展了利用微生物降解煤生成甲烷的实验研究,许多微生物及生物酶类被分离出来。研究煤降解过程的代谢物可进一步阐明生物成因煤层气的生成机理,同时,通过产甲烷菌基因工程,有望提高生物成因煤层气的产量。
Biogenic coalbed methane included primary coalbed methane and secondary coalbed methane. Secondary coalbed methane, extensive distributied in major coal producing countries, is the emphasis of the biogenic coalbed methane research. The article reviews the following aspects: coalbed methane types are differentiated according to the stable isotopic composition of methane and vitrinite reflectance of coal. The formation mechanism of biogenic coalbed methane is the key research issue, and researchers have attempted lab and subsurface stimulation of the naturally slow process of methanogenic degradation of coal. A large amount of microbes and enzymes are isolated successfully. The studies on the metabolites of coal degradation can illustrate the mation mechanism of biogenic coalbed methane. Furthermore, the yield of coalbed methane would increase through the use of methanogen gene engineering.
