摘要
工程管理专业教育与注册工程师执业资格教育相衔接的人才培养模式有利于学生就业和执业.实施该模式的关键是提高学生实践环节的效果,而且需要对工程管理专业学生进行职业方向细分,大力推行校企联合及建立毕业生就业反馈机制.
The personnel training mode which the engineering management professional education and certified engineer qualification education links up, is advantageous to the student employment and practice. Improve students practice effect is the key to implementation of the model. Implementing this pattern need to fractionize professional direction on students majoring in engineering management, and vigorously promote university - enterprise joint em- ployment and establishing graduates feedback mechanism
