摘要
目的探讨内镜粘膜下剥离术治疗食管病变的护理配合。方法护士负责术中器械传递和设备调节,配合医生进行内镜下黏膜剥离术。结果 30例病灶病变均达到完全剥离,所有患者术中均未出现大出血及穿孔等严重并发症,其中1例患者出现迟发性出血,于内镜下再次止血。结论医护的良好配合,可以缩短检查治疗时间,减少并发症,提高手术成功率。
Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation of endoscopic submucosal dissection in treatment of esophageal lesions. Method Nurses take charge of instrument transfer and equipment adjustment to cooperate with doctors in endoscopic submucosal dissection. Results All of the 30 lesions were completely dissected. All the patients had no severe complications such as massive haemorrhage and perforation in the operation. One patient appeared delayed hemorrhage, and was cured by endoscopic hemostasis. Conclusion The good cooperation of doctors and nurses can shorten the examination and treatment time, reduce the complications, and improve the success rate of operation.
