阐述了CAE技术的重要作用及地位,介绍了CAE分析的主要过程,通过应用MoldFlow/MPI软件对DVD面盖注射模时进行CAE填充和保压分析,显示了CAE技术在模具开发过程中对于优化塑料制品设计、优化注射模设计和优化注射工艺参数等方面所起到的优越作用。
This paper describes the important role and status of CAE technology, this paper introduces some basic principles of CAE, through the application of MoldFlow/MPI software on the DVD surface cover mold CAE filling and packing analysis, show the advantages of CAE technology in the mold development process for the optimization of plastic product design, plastic mold design and optimization of injection process parameters which play.
