摘要
当代中国的政治发展就是不断实现"人民主权"的过程,这一理念不仅是当代中国政治发展的逻辑起点,也是贯穿这一过程的主要线索。改革开放30多年来,中国政治发展的制度化和法制化建设达到了较高的水平。进一步扩大社会主义民主,以政治发展的基础性、连续性、重点性三个特征为主要内容,全面提高人民群众的政治素质,健全和完善监督方面的法律和制度,扩大选举的广度和深度,以此来构建具有中国特色的社会主义政治文明,是政治发展的必然选择。
The political development in modern China witnesses the process of constantly implementing the sove- reignty of the people, which is believed to be the logical starting point of the contemporary China＇ s political de- velopment and the main trail throughout this process. More than 30 years since Reform and Opening up in Chi- na, the institutionalization and legalization of political development in China have reached relatively high level. To attain further expansion of the socialist democracy, China is required to highlight three characteristics as the main content, namely the foundation, the continuity and the emphasis of the political development, to compre- hensively improve the political quality of Chinese people, to improve and perfect the legal and institutional su- pervision and to expand the width and the depth of the elections, so as to build a socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics. This is the inevitable choice of political development.
