摘要
文章对企业竞争力概念进行了简评,从综合界定的角度厘清企业竞争力概念,对企业竞争力要素进行探索,认为企业竞争力要素包括企业资源、企业能力与企业外部环境三个方面。企业环境会对企业资源和能力产生影响,使得企业资源从静态走向动态,使得企业能力也具有动态的本质。
Based on the comment on the concept of enterprise competitiveness, the article clarifies the concept of enterprise competitiveness from the perspective of comprehensive definition, whereby carrying on the exploration on the factors of enterprise competitiveness. The factors of enterprise competitiveness include three aspects ： enterprise resources, enterprise abilities and enterprise external environment. The external environment of enterprises will impact enterprise resources and enterprise competency, changing enterprise resources from static state into dynamic state, and making the enterprise ability have a dynamic nature.
