摘要
通过介绍工程机械综合传动装置的磨损类型,研究了灰色神经网络模型与检验方法的拟合精度,并分析主要磨损部件磨损量预测的过程。通过对工程机械综合传动装置道路试验数据的分析预测,得到较精确的预测结果,证实了灰色神经网络模型用于综合传动装置磨损元素浓度预测的可行性。
By introducing the wear types of engineering machinery comprehensive gear, this paper analyzes the forecast process in main wear parts. Through analyzing the data of engineering machinery comprehensive gear test on road, it gets the precise prediction results. The results show it is feasible to use the gray neural network model in wear prediction of the engineering machinery comprehensive gear.
