摘要
应用Moldflow软件对金属-橡胶复合制品V形橡胶弹簧注压成型的填充过程进行了分析,优化了浇口尺寸,保证了熔料填充的平衡性,结合试验分析了零件的收缩规律和填充规律,还介绍了零件的模具结构设计及工作过程。实践证明:通过导滑槽实现模具侧开式的开模方式使零件出模方便,解决了出模难的问题,对同类结构的零件模具设计和硫化工艺具有参考作用。
The filling process of injection moulding for a V-shape rubber spring, a metal-rub- ber composite product, was simulated by using the CAE software Moldflow, and the gate size was optimized to ensure the filling balance. Combining the experiment, the shrinkage rule and filling rule were analyzed. The design and working process of mould were also presented. Practice showed that the side demoulding based on the guide chute can make product demould conveniently.
