摘要
对3种传统的双色注射模二次分型抽芯结构进行了分析并指出其缺点,阐述了斜导柱在双色注射模二次分型中的结构和工作过程。实践证明:双色或多色注射模使用斜导柱侧向抽芯能简化模具结构,降低成本,斜导柱动作稳定可靠。
Three types of traditional two-step parting and core-pulling structure in bi-color in- jection mould were analyzed and their disadvantages were pointed out. The structure and working process of angle pin in the two-step parting were stated. Practice proved that the mould structure can be simplified by the side core-pulling via angle pin in bi-color or multi-color injection mould.
