摘要
建立了逆流除湿过程的热质交换数学模型,对4种不同填料的除湿过程进行了数值求解,得到除湿器内空气含湿量的分布情况,对模拟与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明规整填料的除湿效果优于散装填料,而鲍尔环的除湿效果优于其他散装填料。
A heat and mass transfer mathematical model of the counter-flow dehumidification process was established. Through the numerical solution of the dehumidification process, the distribution of the absolute humidity of the air in dehumidifiers with four different packing was obtained. The simulation and experimental results were compared. The results indicated that structured packing was better than random packing in the effect of dehumidification, pall ring performed better than other random packing.
