摘要
[目的]研究康宁木霉的最优发酵配方。[方法]以活菌数和纤维素酶活性为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验筛选康宁木霉最优化的固态发酵培养料配方。[结果]考虑经济因素,最终确定最优化培养料配方为麸皮30 g、草粉30 g、稻壳30 g、玉米面0 g、豆粕1 g、料水比1.0∶0.7:接种量为1%。[结论]该配方适合在秸秆发酵剂生产中推广应用。
[Objective]The purpose was to study the optimal fermentation medium of Trichoderma koningii.[Method]According to viable cell count and the high performance to hydrolyze cellulose,the optimal fermentation medium of Trichoderma koningii was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.[Result]The optimal fermentation medium contained wheat bran 30 g,rice husk powder 30 g,rice husk 30 g,corn flour 0 g,soybean meal 1 g,and the rario of material and water was 1.0∶ 0.7,inoculation number was 1%.[Conclusion]The fermentation medium could be used in the production of the straw fermentation.
