插管型喉罩预防老年冠心病患者非心脏手术全麻恢复期气管拔管反应的效果 被引量：16

摘要 心脏病老年患者心肺储备功能差，耐受血流动力学波动的能力下降，麻醉手术如麻醉恢复期的气管拔管过程可致较强烈的心血管反应，易引起严重的并发症，因此探讨防治其拔除气管导管引起的心血管反应的有效措施，具有一定的临床意义。气管插管型喉罩（ILMA）是一种专门为引导盲探气管插管而特殊设计的改良型喉罩通气道，
