摘要
随着工业和现代服务业的兴起,劳动力从第一产业向第二三产业转移是必然趋势。经济转型期,我国劳动力市场总量性失业压力较大,结构性失业压力日益突出,交通运输、仓储和邮政业作为第三产业重要的组成部分,由于其涵盖领域非常广泛,可吸纳就业人数众多且层次丰富,具有十分明显的劳动力吸纳效应,是吸纳农村剩余劳动力和解决城市失业问题的重要途径。文章通过对交通运输、仓储和邮政业就业结构影响因素进行灰色关联度分析发现,经济转型期,在技术进步、需求结构变化、社会分工深化等因素的影响下,我国交通运输、仓储和邮政业就业结构不断演化,产业增加值是影响交通运输、仓储和邮政业就业结构演化最重要的因素;行业平均工资水平与交通运输、仓储和邮政业就业结构演化密切相关;行业固定资产投资对交通运输、仓储和邮政业就业结构演化有着重要影响。促进交通运输、仓储和邮政业就业结构顺利转换,是实现产业升级、加快现代化建设进程的重要内容。
With the rising of industry and modem service industry, labor migration from the primary industry to the secondary and tertiary industry is the inevitable trend. During the period of economic transition, China will be under considerable pressure of unemployment in terms of total volume; the pressure of structural unemployment will be increasingly highlighted; transport, storage and post industry, which are the important components of the tertiary industry and with broad coverage, can make great contribution in solving the problem of employment not only in terms of number of employees but also in terms of diversified positions~ and these industries are one of the important ways for us to solve the employment problem of surplus rural labor and urban labor. With the help of an empirical study on the influencing factors on the employment structure in these industries based on the theory of grey-correlative-degree, it is found that, during the period of economic transition, in the light of technological progress, changes in demand structure and the deepening in social labor division, the employment structure in these industries will be continuously evolving; industrial added value is one of the important factors having influence on the evolution of employment structure in these industries; the industrial average wage is closely correlated to the evolution of that; and the industrial investment in fixed asset also has important influence on this. Promoting the transformation of employment structure in these industries is the important content of the realization of industrial upgrade and the acceleration of modernization.
