摘要
文章研究了硬脂酸钠湿法改性工业氢氧化镁的工艺过程,并以活化指数来表征其改性效果。同时研究了硬脂酸钠用量、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌转速对活化指数的影响。结果表明:当硬脂酸钠用量为氢氧化镁质量的3%、反应温度为85℃、反应时间1 h、搅拌转速为450 r/min时,改性效果最好,活化指数达到89.4%。
The modified process of the industrial magnesium hydroxide with sodium stearate wet method was researched,and the modified effect was characterized by the activation index.The effect of such factors as amount of sodium stearate、reaction temperature、reaction time and stirring speed on the activation index was studied.The results show that when the amount of sodium stearate as the 3% quality of magnesium hydroxide、the reaction temperature was 85 ℃ 、reaction time was 1 h、the stirring speed was 450 r / min,the modified effect was the best,the activation index reached 89.4%.
