摘要
[目的]观察抗衰老片及与苯磺酸氨氯地平联合应用对自发性高血压大鼠血压和心脏功能的影响。[方法]取血压为140-160 mmHg的SHR大鼠28只,按血压值随机分为4组:抗衰老片组(抗衰老片0.3g·kg-1)、降压药物组(苯磺酸氨氯地平1mg·kg-1)、联合给药组(抗衰老片0.3g·kg-1+苯磺酸氨氯地平1mg·kg-1),空白对照组(蒸馏水1mL·100g-1),每组7只,每日给予相应的药物,连续4周,每周检测血压,给药结束后检测心脏功能指标。[结果]空白对照组SHR大鼠血压均持续上升。与空白对照组比较,各给药组SHR大鼠的血压有不同程度的降低,其中,抗衰老片组给药3、4周显著抑制SHR大鼠血压升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),降压药物组和联合给药组给药1-4周均明显降低SHR大鼠的血压(P<0.05,P<0.01)。给药4周后,各给药组SHR大鼠的HR、LVEDP显著降低(P<0.05),LVDP显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01);同时,各给药组±dp/dtmax有不同程度的提高和At、As、Ad有不同程度的增大,其中,联合用药组+dP/dtmax升高和At、As、Ad增大显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),抗衰老片组As增大显著(P<0.05)。[结论]抗衰老片对高血压大鼠具有抑制血压升高和保护心脏功能的作用,与苯磺酸氨氯地平联合应用效果更佳。
[Objective] To observe anti-aging tablets combined with benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine application on spontaneously hypertensive rats（SHRs） blood pressure and cardiac function.[Methods] We screened out 28 rats which blood pressure between 140 and 160 mmHg,divided into four groups according to the blood pressure value randomly（each group contained 7 rats）：Anti-aging tablet group（0.3g·kg-1 anti-aging tablets）,antihy-pertensive drugs group（1 mg·kg-1 benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine）,combined treatment group（0.3g·kg-1 anti-aging tablets combined with 1 mg·kg-1 benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine） and control group（1 mL·100g-1 distilled water）.We gave drugs every day for four weeks once a day and measured blood pressure once a week.The cardiac function index was tested after administrating the drug.[Result] Blood pressure of control group SHRs was continuing to rise,and compared to control group,the blood pressure of treatment groups declined with different degrees.Among them,the blood pressure raise of anti-aging tablets group was significantly inhibited in the 3 and 4 weeks,while blood pressure of antihypertensive drug group and combined treatment group was significantly reduced in 1-4 weeks.After 4 weeks administration,HR and LVEDP in all the treatment groups reduced significantly（P＆lt;0.05）,LVDP increased significantly.All treatment groups ±dp/dtmax,At,As and Ad were increased with different degrees.The combined treatment group ±dP/dtmax,At,As and Ad increased significantly,while in the anti-aging tablet group As increased significantly.[Conclusion] Anti-aging tablets can inhibit blood pressure raise and improve cardiac function in SHRs,and have better effect if combined with benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine.
