摘要
目的:分析中医药治疗脂肪肝之临床疗效。方法:将所选患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组疏肝健脾为原则,治定中药方剂。对照组给予洛伐他定口服。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为71.67%,两组疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,经统计学比较(P<0.05),有对比意义。结论:疏肝健脾法可有效治疗脂肪肝临床分析,且疗效确切。
Objective： To analyze the clinical curative effect of the treatment of fatty liver in TCM. Methods： The selected patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group with 60 cases in each group, the treated group adopt Shugan Jianpi principle, and set prescription of TCM. The control group was given oral lovastatin. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 90%, and the total efficiency of the control group was 71.67%, compared two groups of curative effect, the treated group was significantly better than the control group, statistically （P0.05）, comparative significance. Conclusion： Shugan Jianpi therapy was effective in the treated of fatty liver clinical analysis, and curative effect.
