摘要
高职院校学生顶岗实习存在不规范的现象,受到质疑和讨论。从风险管理的角度研究顶岗实习中存在的风险,提出风险应对的策略。
On-the-job training to students of higher vocational education is not carried out in a regulative way, so such training is questioned and discussed. From the perspective of risk management, this article discusses risks existing in on-the-job training and comes up with responding measures to deal with such risks.
