摘要
通过加强立法,扩大行政调解范围,建立行政调解联席会,加大行政调解宣传和建立三大调解相互衔接机制等手段,构建完善的行政调解运行体系,发挥行政调解在和谐社会建设中的作用。
Legislation should be strengthened to expand the scope of administrative mediation, to set up associations of administrative mediation, to strengthen publicity, and to establish an inter-linking mechanism of three kinds of meditations, so that we can build a perfect operating mechanism of administrative mediation and give full play to the role of administrative mediation in building a harmonious society.
