摘要
选用4只3岁体重(55±2)kg装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的阉公羊,采用4×4拉丁方设计,研究纳米铜(日粮中添加量分别为0、10、20、30 mg/kg)对瘤胃营养物质降解率的影响。结果表明:本试验条件下,纳米铜对苜蓿干草和羊草干草的干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)有效降解率影响均不显著(P>0.05),根据试验结果推断纳米铜添加量低于30 mg/kg不会影响绵羊瘤胃微生物对粗饲料的消化。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of nano-copper (0,10,20 and 30 mg/kg)on ruminal degradability of hay.Four sheeps(55 kg±2 kg of body weight, 3 years old)with permanent rumen fistula were used in a 4x4 Latin square experiment.The result showed that:nano-eopper had no significant influence on ruminal digestibility of dry matter(DM) ,organic matter(OM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid deterdent fiber(ADF)of alfalfa hay and Chinese wildrye hay (P 〉 0.05 ).The results suggested that adding less than 30 mg/kg of nano-copper had no effect on roughage digestion of rumen microbial.
