摘要
佛山年鉴大多诞生于1990年代,有地方综合年鉴、统计年鉴、部门年鉴和行业年鉴。年鉴索引是揭示、查找年鉴信息内容的工具。但是佛山地区年鉴只有少部分地方综合年鉴编制索引,大部分没有索引。因此编制佛山年鉴索引十分必要。在调查佛山年鉴索引概况的基础上,笔者提出佛山年鉴索引编制方案,包括索引类型的选择、索引工作框架等两大方面。
The yearbooks in Foshan were mostly created in 1990s,including the local comprehensive year- books, the statistical yearbooks, the department yearbooks and the industry yearbooks. The yearbook index is a tool to reveal and search information, but just a small part of those in Foshan were indexed. Therefore, in view of the necessity and importance of indexing, the authors, based on reviewing general information of Foshan Yearbooks index, formulate an indexing scheme for the yearbooks, which mainly comprises selection of index type and the framework of indexing.
