摘要
建设复合型图书馆服务网络,是建立以总分馆制度为主体,又包括行业图书馆联盟、汽车流动图书馆、数字图书馆为补充的创新型服务体系,使城区公共图书馆总分馆网络与各县级分馆网络共同构成一个区域性服务网络,从而实现全市范围公共图书馆的全覆盖。
To construct the service network of compound library is to establish an innovative service system, which takes the main-branch library system as main body and supplemented by professional library alliances, automotive mobile libraries and digital libraries. The regional service network will be constituted by city public main-branch libraries and county branch ones. It makes the public library serve the whole city.
