摘要
本文报道了大鼠急性创伤性脑水肿模型的光镜和电镜改变。光镜下见外力作用的局部皮质出血坏死,其周围有明显的水肿区,向外逐渐转行到正常皮质。水肿区的主要改变是星形胶质细胞肿胀,神经元周围可见间隙,血管周围间隙增宽。作用点深部白质疏松,呈海绵状结构。电镜下皮质水肿主要表现为胶质细胞明显肿大,白质则为组织间隙增宽,血管内皮细胞内出现多种形式的胞饮小泡,紧密连接有时开放,基底膜增宽、肿胀、胶质膜增厚等。
The histological and Ultrastructural changes in a model of acute traumatic brain edema in rats are presented in this paper. Histologically, vacuoles were spread around the hemorrhage and necrosis in local cortex area and the white matter appeared as a sponge-like strucure. Ultrastructurally, the obvious swelling of glial cells was characteristic of edematous cortex, and the white matter had a wider interstitial space. A lot of vesicles and vacuoles were also found in the endothelium of capillary walls in the edematous area. The mechanism of traumatic brain edema is also discussed.
