摘要
以某多层砌体结构教学楼为例,根据实际检测数据和调查资料,结合现行抗震鉴定标准,详细介绍了砌体结构房屋检测及抗震鉴定工作的内容和操作方法。依据抗震鉴定的结论,针对性地提出了抗震加固建议,以提高建筑物的抗震性能,保证建筑在后续使用年限内的安全使用,其检测、鉴定与加固建议可供同类工程参考。
Taking some teaching building with masonry structure, in accordance with the actual testing data and survey data, the thesis introduces the detailed contents and operating methods of testing and seismic appraisal of houses with masonry structure in combination with the current seismic appraisal standard. Based on the conclusion of seismic appraisal, the suggestions on seismic reinforcement are proposed pertmently to improve seismic performance of buildings for the purpose of ensuring safe use in subsequent service life; the testing, appraisal and reinforcement suggestions may be used for reference by similar projects.
