Simulation of Crane Scheduling Systems for Steel Plant Based on Petri Nets and UML

摘要 天车调度是钢铁生产自组织复杂系统中各生产工艺匹配和协调运行的关键.针对天车调度任务繁杂及随机性的特点,利用UML面向对象建模语言,对天车调度系统进行剖析,并建立系统的需求分析模型、静态模型和动态模型,讨论了天车调度系统各模型实现机制.为弥补UML建模语言形式化表达不足,引入形式化建模工具Petri网建立系统的Petri网模型,并对系统Petri网模型进行静态和动态分析,来有效指导天车调度系统UML语言建模.仿真结果表明:建立的钢铁生产天车调度系统能有效模拟天车调度,并减少天车的被动运输,提高天车运行效率3%左右. Crane scheduling is the key to matching production process and coordinating task in self- organizing complex systems. According to the task complexity and randomness in crane scheduling systems, the requirement model, static model and dynamic model are built by UML. Then the internal implementation mechanism is dis- cussed. Aiming at making up the deficiency of formal expression by UML modeling language, Petri nets are in- troduced to establish the system model to effectively guide the UML modeling process in crane scheduling sys- tems. Simulation results show that the crane scheduling system can complete scheduling task of the steel - mak- ing and continuous casting as well as reduce the passive transport time. The operating efficiency of crane from the system is about 3% higher than that in a practical process.
