针对重油催化裂化装置轴流式主风机原有静叶控制系统体积庞大、泄漏点多、控制风险大、能耗高等缺点,对其进行小型化改造,效果显著。
Aimed at the disadvantages of the original static blade control system on the axial flow main fan in catalytic and cracking unit for heavy oil in Qilu Branch Company, SINOPEC, such as large volume of the control system, many leakage points, great control risk, high energy consumption and etc, miniaturization reform was made on the control system, and significant effect was obtained.
