摘要 慢性阻塞性疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是大气中有害颗粒和有害气体引起的肺部慢性炎症进而引起肺部结构重塑的一种疾病,其特征为不完全可逆的气流受限,慢性缺氧和肺功能减退。流行病学资料显示COPD已位居全球死亡原因的第四位,世界卫生组织(WHO)预测至2020年COPD将成为世界疾病经济负担的第五位。
