摘要
牵引式沙滩清洁车牵引杆长度是影响最小转向通道外圆半径和通道宽度的关键因素.通过对牵引式沙滩清洁车的转向运动学关系分析,提出最小转向通道外圆半径和通道宽度的确定原则.基于Matlab优化工具箱,对沙滩清洁车的牵引杆进行了优化设计,得出最佳牵引杆长度,为同类产品的改进设计提供参考.
The length of the drawbar of tractor-pulled beach-cleaner is the key factor to influence the minimum outer radius and passageway width of steering channel circle. In the paper, the steering kinematic relations of tractor-pulled beach-cleaner is analysed, and the minimum outer radius and passageway width of steering channel circle are determinated. The drawbar of SWQ18 beach-cleaner optimazination is abtained by using Matlab programe and the optimum length of the drawbar. The results could be used as a reference for improving desing of the similar product.
