摘要
文章论述了江苏省目前港口与航道工程建设现状及发展趋势和从业人员基本结构,并分析了江苏省港口与航道专业人才培养现状及行业发展对人才需求之间的矛盾。为顺应江苏快速发展的港口与航道工程建设需要,提出专业人才培养对策,对江苏港口与航道工程施工技术专业从业人员现状的解决具有重要意义。
The paper discusses the current situation and development tendency of ports and water ways in Jiangsu province, as well as the basic structure of employees; and analyzed the status quo of the talent training in the specialty of port and waterway in Jiangsu and the contradiction between the industry development and the demand for talents. In order to comply with the fast development of the construction of parts and waterways in the province, the countermeasures for the cultivation of spe cial talents are of great importance in the solution of status auo ofthe talents in this field in Jiangsu.
