考虑阻塞管理的电网规划混沌进化算法

摘要 以POOL交易模式为大环境,在电网规划过程中模拟了阻塞调度过程。利用混沌运动的随机性、遍历性和规律性特点,以及进化算法求解高维、非线性复杂优化问题的优势进行输电网规划求解。规划过程中,以混沌载波为进化因子,通过对解个体的重复性和可行性测试,清除重复解和不可行解,避免搜索空间的萎缩,确保解个体的有效性;引入家庭竞争,采用获胜加权的方式选择优秀个体进入下一轮进化.给出的两个标准测试系统算例对采用混沌进化算法的电网规划进行了仿真验证,实验结果表明该方法全局寻优能力强. Based on POOL transaction pattern, congestion management is simulated in transmission network planning. And the hybrid chaotic envolutionary algorithm is proposed in this paper to solve this optimization problem by using the stochastic, ergodicity and regularity perperties of chaos, and taking advantage of evolutionary algorithm which specialized in dealing with high-dimensioned and nonliear complex problems. The evolution factors is created by chaotic seriors. And some examinations are taken to eliminate reduplicate or unfeasible individual solutions to maitain more efficient searching. In order to select those elite individual solutions, family competition with winner weighted is also introduced as an important step of evolution process. Two stantard test systems simulate the hybrid chaotic evolutionary algorithm based transmission network planning. The results show that the method has good global optimum capability.
