摘要
培养医学领域高、精、尖人才是适应我国社会经济发展需要而提出的人才战略目标,长学制教育模式的引入提高了中国高层次医学人才培养水平,临床遗传学教学内容的优化和科研实践的融入,弥补了八年制学员相对于博士研究生在科研能力上的不足。
In order to meet the needs of our social and economic development in China, the government puts forward the talent strategy target. The culture of top talents in medical field can help us to reach the goal. Recently, long-education mode is induced into higher education system in China, which promotes the high-level medical talent training. The content optimization in clinical genetics teaching and the introduction of scientific research practice into teaching process will be helpful for making up for the lack of scientific research ability in clincal eight-year-education students.
