摘要
高校院系党政联席会议制度是高校基层党组织民主建设的重要内容,通过确定和细化高校院系级单位的决策机制、党组织工作职责、党政共同负责制工作的具体形式和实施方法等,实现高校基层党组织在院系级单位的党政管理中科学化、民主化、规范化。同时,高校院系党政联席会议制度及其贯彻落实情况,也是对高校基层党组织民主建设情况进行评价的重要指标,体现了高校基层党组织在集体领导、民主决策、民主监督等方面的评价内容。完善院系级单位的党政联席会议制度,建立相应的联席制度和协调制度、报告制度,在一定程度上促进了高校基层党组织民主建设评价机制的建立和完善。
The party and the administration joint conference system is an important content on the colleges’ inner-party democracy construction.It will realize scientization,democratization and standardization of the party-government management in colleges,through clarifying and refining the decision mechanism,duties,and measures of the part-government management in colleges.Meanwhile,it is the key performance indicator on the colleges’ inner-party democratic construction and shows the key content on the colleges’ inner-party democratic evaluation mechanism.By improving and perfecting the party and the administration joint conference system,and building the joint system,the coordination system,and the report system,the colleges’ inner-party democratic evaluation mechanism could be promoted completely.
