摘要
某冶炼厂3座砖结构烟囱爆破拆除施工中,1#烟囱倒塌失败形成危险微倾斜体,经分析认为内衬处理不当直接影响了烟囱倒塌效果。事后,采用裸露药包二次爆破法迅速地成功排除了烟囱危险体。针对此烟囱失败事故,浅析了内衬的处理措施,并在类似工程应用中取得了很好的爆破效果。
One of three brick structure chimneys in a smelting plant failed to break down and became a dangerous tilter during the explosive demolition.The mishandling of lining of the chimney was found to directly affect the chimney collapse.Afterwards,a second charge blasting was used to eliminate the dangerous tilter chimney successfully.For the chimney failure accident,the treatment measures of the lining of chimney were analyzed and provided a reference for similar projects.
