摘要
居民收入差距始终是一个重要的理论和实践问题,随着经济体制模式的转换和经济发展水平的提高,在收入分配领域出现了许多新矛盾和新问题,并且引起了学术界的广泛关注。根据国内学者研究,目前中国基尼系数已经远超过国际公认0.4的警戒线,高达0.55。而收入分配失衡主要体现在两方面：一是在政府、企业、居民三方利益分配中,政府财政收入比重逐年上升,居民收入占国民总收入的比重却持续下降;二是居民内部的家庭与家庭之间、个人与个人之间的收入分配差距也显著拉大。收入差距的扩大已成为影响我国社会稳定和经济发展的重要问题。收入分配不平等是目前经济社会发展中的突出问题,它的解决对促进经济增长、维护社会稳定、构建和谐社会等具有重要意义。
Residents’ income gap has always been an important theoretical and practical issue in China,and with the transformation of economic system and improvement of economic development level,new controdictions and new problmes occur in the income distribution area and attract widespread academic interests.According to domestic research,China’s current Gini coefficient has already far exceeded internationally recognized line of 0.4,as high as 0.55.And the imbalance of income distribution is mainly embodied in two aspects： in the distribution involving three parties of government,enterprises and residents,proportion of government revenues have been increasing,income share of national income has continued to decline;secondly,residents’ income gaps between families and between individuals widened significantly.A widening income gap has affected domestic social stablization and economic development.Income distribution inequity becomes outstanding issue in current social development.
