摘要
以镇海炼化分公司Ι加氢裂化装置为例,对加氢裂化装置新氢带氨盐介质造成离心循环氢压缩机C301振动异常增大、往复新氢压缩机C302不上量的运行问题进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施和对策,收到实际效果。
With Hydrocracking Unit 1 of Zhenhai Oil refining & Chemical Company as the example , analysis was made to the two operation problems : the new-hydrogen-carried amine salt medium caused the cycle hydrogen centrifugal compressor C301 vibration abnormally increased , and the new-hydrogen reciprocating compressor C302 in low discharge rate. Improvement measures was proposed ,, and practical effect was achieved.
