摘要
气候可行性论证是科学应对气候变化、做好防灾减灾工作的具体行动和措施,是在预设的安全系数下为工程项目算好经济帐的基础性工作。目前,气候可行性论证已经在我国得到广泛应用。未来,我国应加强气候可行性论证活动的规范性,逐步提高业务能力及技术水平,建立具有针对性和适用性的工程气象探测体系,采用先进的气象专业技术。气候可行性论证的发展应注重专业化和规范化,依靠需求引导发展,同时离不开政府的引导和支持。
The climate feasibility demonstration contains the concrete actions and measures for scientifically addressing climate change and doing a good job of disaster prevention and mitigation. Such demonstration is the groundwork of reckoning the economics for engineering projects with the presupposed security coefficient. Nowadays, the climate feasibility demonstration has already been widely used in China's various engineering construction and economic development field. In the future, China should strengthen the standard of climate feasibility demonstration activities, improve professional proficiency and technological level, establish customized and applicative engineering meteorological sounding system, and use advanced meteorological technology. The development of the climate feasibility demonstration should pay attention to specialization and standardiza- tion, depend on demand to lead development, meanwhile, the guidance and support from the government are also necessary.
