摘要
通过一起锅壳式锅炉烟管漏水的质量事故,分析产生漏水缺陷的几种原因,指出烟管挠度过大,导致运输途中产生较大的挠变作用力,该作用力与烟管角焊缝根部应力集中的共同作用,是烟管形成冷裂纹漏水的主要原因。针对主因提出了增加烟管支撑等解决办法。
Based on a shell boiler tube leakage quality accident, analyzes the reasons for leaking defect. According to the analysis, boiler fire tube defection is too large, it leads to larger defection force in the transport process, with the fire tube fillet weld stress concentration, which are the major causes of boiler tube forming coht crack leakage. In view of the main reasons, pat forward a solution to increase the boiler tube support.
