摘要
药物滥用已成为当今全球性严重的社会问题,本文通过对2例婴幼儿因滥用尼美舒利导致肝、肾功能严重受损等不良反应的临床资料进行回顾性分析。并以此为鉴,建议医疗机构、个体诊所及药店避免对12岁以下小儿销售尼美舒利颗粒,并告知患儿及家属尼美舒利的不良反应。
Drug abuse has become a social problem in today＇s global serious,this article was retrospectively analyzed through to the 2 young children caused severe damage to liver and kidney functionby abusing nimesulide.In view of the severe adverse reactions of nimesulide,Children under 12 years of age shuld be Avoided to market nimesulide,and And be told the side effects of beauty to children and their families.
