吉非替尼单药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的观察与护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察吉非替尼单药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的护理效果。方法回顾性分析34例吉非替尼单药治疗晚期NSCLC患者的资料,通过用药前宣教及心理护理,用药期间协助患者正确、有效服药,用药后对不良反应的密切观察和及时的对症护理等。结果 34例患者治疗有效率为29.41%(10/34),疾病控制率为73.53%(25/34);不良反应以皮疹(16/34,47.06%)、胃肠道反应(15/34,44.12%)和腹泻(11/34,32.35%)为主,及时给予对症处理后均缓解,无停药者。结论吉非替尼治疗晚期NSCLC安全有效,不良反应轻,用药前后正确有效的护理可以保障用药安全,减轻患者因服药引起的不适,从而可以提高用药依从性,提高患者生活质量。
