摘要
目的探讨脑卒中合并高血压患者恢复期的综合护理方法。方法选取2010年5月—2011年12月在我科住院治疗的脑卒中合并高血压生存患者96例,实施心理护理、引流管护理、饮食指导等。结果入组的患者均未发生尿路感染、鼻饲管堵塞等,患者早期功能训练良好。结论通过恢复期的综合护理,不仅提高了护理质量,大大减少了并发症的发生,同时还增强患者的治疗信心与决心,对脑卒中后遗症的治疗具有重大意义。
Objective To study hypertension cerebral apoplexy patients convalescence nursing methods.Methods We choosed from May 2010 to December 2011,patients who stayed in the hospital treatment of 96 cases of patients with cerebral stroke and hypertension survival,the implementation of the psychological nursing,nursing,guiding of diet drainage tube,etc.Results The group of patients did not occur urinary tract infections,such as nasal feeding tube jams,patients with early functional training is good.Conclusion Through comprehensive care of recovery,not only to improve the nursing quality and greatly reduce the complications,but also enhance the confidence and determination,the treatment of patients with stroke sequela of treatment is of great significance.
