摘要
目的分析抗精神病药物对女性精神病患者血清催乳素的影响。方法选取2007年11月—2012年11月治疗的女性精神类疾病患者100例,分为A组、B组、C组和D组,分别使用利培酮、舒必利、齐拉西酮和奥氮平治疗,比较4组患者用药后1、3、6个月血清催乳素的变化情况,并出现的溢乳和月经异常情况。结果治疗后1、3、6个月4组患者的血清催乳素水平均出现升高,A组和B组升高显著(P<0.05),C组和D组升高不明显(P>0.05);A组和B组出现溢乳以及月经异常现象的比率较之C组和D组相对更高(P<0.05)。结论部分抗精神病药物对女性精神病患者的血清催乳素具有较明显的影响,并直接对女性身体功能产生不良作用,临床应慎重选用合理的抗精神病药物。
Objective To dsicuss the effet of antipsychotic drug on serum prolactin of female psychopath.Methods Choosed 100 female psychopathes from Nov.2007 to Nov.2012 to divide into A,B,C,and D group to treat with risperidone,sulpiride,ziprasidone and olanzapine separately.Compared the changing of serum prolactin at 1th,3th and 6th months,and compared incidence of amenorrhea and galactorrheamore.Results The level of serum prolactin of the four groups were increased,bur A group and B group were increased obviously（P 0.05）.The incidence of amenorrhea and galactorrheamore in A and B group were more obviouse than C and B（P 0.05）.Conclusion Some antipsychotic drug could increase level of serum prolactin so as to use rationally.
