摘要
JR16井在进行煤层绳索工艺取心时,由于泥浆泵分流,泵压降低,钻具下放速度过快,泥浆循环受阻,发生烧钻事故。采用大于钻具重量8kN的拉力提拉倒扣,取出全部钻杆,再用加工好的套铣筒和打捞工具将取心外管套住并连接牢固,经过反复冲洗钻头底部和提拉活动钻具,取出了取心外管和钻头,快速、有效、成功的处理了事故,恢复了正常生产,减小了损失。
During the wire-line coal coring in the JR16 well, since the shunting of mud pump, has caused plump pressure lowering down, too fast of drilling tools lowering, mud circulation suffocated, thus bit burnt accident happened. Using 8KN pulling force that greater than drilling tool weight lifting up and inverting, takes out all drilling rods, then using processed mill sleeve and fishing tools to hitch up outer tube of corer and connect firmly, after repeated bit bottom flushing and string spudding up and down, takes out outer tube of corer and bit, thus fleetly, effectively, successfully settled the accident, resumed normal production and reduced losses.
