术前癌胚抗原水平对结肠癌预后的预测价值 被引量：2

摘要 为了评估行择期根治性手术结肠癌患者术前高癌胚抗原（CEA）水平与预后的关系,Kirat HT等对1980～2008年期间行根治性手术的651例结肠癌患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。其中男379例,女272例;年龄21～94岁,平均年龄为67岁;中位随访时间为5.9年。根据术前CEA水平将患者分为低水平组（≤5 mg/L）和高水平组（〉5 mg/L）,分别为451例和200例。2组患者的年龄和肿瘤位置比较差异均无统计学意义;但高水平组患者的肿瘤较大,
