应用补片进行无张力尿道中段悬吊术治疗压力性尿失禁的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的应用补片进行盆底重建术治疗压力性尿失禁伴轻至中度子宫脱垂的治疗方法的疗效。方法分析2011年6月至2012年4月院10例POP-Q分期Ⅱ～Ⅲ期的阴道前壁脱垂伴压力性尿失禁患者(其中6例合并轻至中度子宫脱垂),进行前盆底重建及部分宫颈切术的治疗效果和并发症的情况。结果手术全程均在35分钟,术中出血量平均55 ml,随访6个月,治愈10例均无近期并发症。结论补片治疗可用于治疗压力性尿失禁伴轻至中度子宫脱垂,安全可靠,远期疗效需继续观察。
